| Abstract: | Kemitraan antara destinasi wisata dan UMKM memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung keberlanjutan pariwisata, baik dari sisi ekonomi lokal, pelestarian budaya, maupun inovasi produk. PT Godongijo Asri, sebagai destinasi wisata edukatif di Depok, menjalin kerja sama dengan UMKM penyedia produk kerajinan berbasis budaya dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan supply dan demand antara PT Godongijo Asri dan UMKM mitra menggunakan pendekatan teori 4A dan kebutuhan Maslow. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan campuran (mixed methods) melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner terhadap 120 responden, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan berjalan sinergis, namun terdapat kesenjangan dalam kapasitas produksi dan pengembangan atraksi. UMKM kokedama memiliki gap paling rendah, sementara UMKM angklung memiliki gap tertinggi. Desain dan kemasan produk sangat memengaruhi preferensi pengunjung, terutama jika disesuaikan dengan nilai estetika dan budaya. Sebagai luaran, penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan desain kemasan edukatif berbasis budaya untuk mendukung citra PT Godongijo Asri sebagai destinasi wisata yang berkelanjutan. Partnerships between tourism destinations and MSMEs play a strategic role in supporting sustainability by contributing to local economies, cultural preservation, and product innovation. PT Godongijo Asri, an educational tourism destination in Depok, collaborates with MSMEs offering environmentally and culturally themed craft products. This study aims to analyze the supply-demand relationship between PT Godongijo Asri and its MSME partners using the 4A framework and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. A mixed-methods approach was applied, including observation, interviews, questionnaires involving 120 respondents, and documentation. The results show a generally synergistic partnership, though gaps remain in production capacity and attraction development. The kokedama MSME had the lowest gap, while the angklung MSME had the highest. Product design and packaging significantly affect visitor preferences, especially when aligned with cultural and visual appeal. As an output, the study developed a packaging design concept that reflects cultural and educational values to strengthen PT Godongijo Asri’s image as a sustainable tourism destination. |
