| Abstract: | Gedung Teater Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM) merupakan tempat
penyelenggaraan event di Jakarta yang sering dikunjungi. Motivasi pengunjung perlu diketahui untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan. Oleh karena itu penelitian dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi motivasi pengunjung, menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap keputusan berkunjung, serta merancang konten media sosial yang relevan untuk memperkuat keputusan tersebut. Data
dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 100 pengunjung event di Gedung Teater TIM dengan teknik accidental sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif menggunakan skala likert dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil
menunjukkan, pengunjung termotivasi untuk berlibur, mendapatkan pengetahuan budaya, mendapatkan rasa bangga, dan bertemu dengan komunitas yang memiliki
minat serupa. Keputusan pengunjung dipengaruhi oleh faktor ulasan, kemudahan akses, dan daya tarik event berjenis Pameran dan Pertunjukan. Secara simultan, motivasi fisik, budaya, status, dan interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan kunjungan, namun secara parsial hanya motivasi fisik yang signifikan. Video promosi berdurasi 3 menit 33 detik menit dirancang dengan judul “Satu Teater Seribu Cerita” untuk menarik minat kunjungan. The Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM) Theater Building is a venue for events in Jakarta that is often visited. Knowing visitor motivation is important to maintain and increase the number of visits. Therefore, the research was conducted to identify visitor motivation, analyze the influence of motivation on visit decisions, and design relevant social media content to reinforce those decisions. Data was collected through a questionnaire to 100 event visitors using accidental sampling techniques. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results show that visitors are motivated to take a vacation, gain cultural knowledge, gain a sense of pride, and meet communities who share the same interests. Visitors’ decisions are influenced by positive review factors, ease of access, and the attractiveness of Exhibition and Performance type of event. Simultaneously, physical, cultural, status, and interpersonal motivations have a significant effect on visit decisions, but partially, only physical motivation is significant. A two-minute promotional video entitle ‘Satu Teater Seribu Cerita’ was designed to attract visits. |
