Abstract: Buah melon premium adalah produk buah yang termasuk kedalam kategori hortikultura. Banyaknya buah melon premium di pasar menyebabkan penurunan penjualan dan terjadinya persaingan di tingkat produsen greenhouse buah melon premium, terutama dalam hal harga. Harga saat ini melebihi harga kompetitornya, sehingga perlu penetapan harga yang sesuai dengan kualitas produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga terhadap kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV Kiana Agri Hidroponik pada bulan Agustus 2024 hingga Januari 2025. Alat analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan metode structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan responden sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi responden terhadap harga, kualitas produk, dan kepuasan konsumen buah melon premium berada pada kategori sedang; harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen; serta kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Peningkatan R/C rasio sebelumnya 1,63 dan setelannya meningkat menjadi 1,84.
Premium melons are fruit products that fall into the horticulture category. The large number of premium melons on the market has led to a decrease in sales and competition at the greenhouse producer level of premium melon fruits, especially in terms of price. The current price exceeds the price of its competitors, so it is necessary to set a price that is in accordance with the quality of the product. This study aims to analyze the influence of price on product quality and consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted at CV Kiana Agri Hydroponics from August 2024 to January 2025. The analysis tool in this study used descriptive analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) methods with 100 respondents. The results of the study show that respondents' perception of price, product quality, and consumer satisfaction of premium melons is in the medium category; price has a positive and significant effect on product quality and consumer satisfaction; and product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The R/C ratio was increased to 1.63 and the setting increased to 1.84.
