Abstract: Permintaan terhadap produk susu kambing terus meningkat, namun keterbatasan umur simpan dan ketergantungan PT Etawa Dairy Industry pada satu mitra pemasaran menimbulkan risiko over supply.
Demand for goat milk products continues to increase, but the limited shelf life and dependence of PT Etawa Dairy Industry on one marketing partner creates a risk of over supply. This study aims to analyze the added value of processing goat's milk into pasteurized milk and evaluate the business feasibility in terms of financial, non-financial, and risk management. The methods used include Hayami analysis and feasibility study with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Results showed an added value of 32% and a profit rate of 20%, with a positive NPV, IRR above the discount rate, payback period of 11 months and 5 days. Switching value analysis showed the business sensitivity limit to an increase in raw material prices of 8.7% and a decrease in production volume of up to 2.9%. Non financially, this business is also considered feasible. Diversification of pasteurized milk products has the potential to be a sustainable and profitable business.
