| Abstract: | CV Segar Tani merupakan perusahaan dengan model bisnis B2B yang bergerak dalam distribusi sayuran. Rantai pasok CV Segar Tani mengalami beberapa masalah yang dihadapi yaitu kualitas sayuran dari petani mitra yang rendah, perusahaan relatif sulit memenuhi permintaan Superindo, terjadi pengembalian produk sayuran yang tidak sesuai standar dari Superindo, keterlambatan dalam komunikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis struktur dan efisiensi kinerja rantai pasok sayuran sawi putih di CV Segar Tani, serta merumuskan implikasi manajerial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SCOR, AHP, dan DEA. Hasil perhitungan metode SCOR didapatkan bahwa atribut reliabilitas 85% (sedang), responsivitas 92% (baik), agilitas 85% (sedang), efisiensi aset manajemen 96% (sangat baik). Nilai bobot prioritas dalam kegiatan rantai pasok CV Segar Tani adalah reliabilitas (0,444), responsivitas (0,137), agilitas (0,341), dan efisiensi aset manajemen (0,078). Analisis DEA menunjukkan efisiensi kinerja perusahaan sebesar 100% dalam rantai pasok, sedangkan efisiensi kinerja petani masih di bawah standar dengan rentang 82% sampai 94%. Implikasi manajerial pada rantai pasok adalah peningkatan koordinasi dengan pemasok dan memperjelas standar operasional produk untuk kontrol kualitas. CV Segar Tani is a company with a B2B business model engaged in vegetable distribution. CV Segar Tani's supply chain experiences several problems, namely the low quality of vegetables from partner farmers, the company cannot fulfill Superindo's demand, there are returns of vegetable products that did not meet Superindo's standards. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structure and efficiency of chinese cabbage supply chain performance at CV Segar Tani, and formulate managerial implications. This research uses SCOR, AHP, and DEA methods. The results of the SCOR method calculation found that the reliability attribute was 85% (average), responsiveness 92% (above average), agility 85% (average), asset management efficiency 96% (excellent). The priority weight values in CV Segar Tani's supply chain activities are reliability (0.444), responsiveness (0.137), agility (0.341), and management asset efficiency (0.078). DEA analysis shows that the efficiency of the company's performance is 100% in the supply chain, while the efficiency of farmers' performance is still below the standard with a range of 82% to 94%. The managerial implication for the supply chain is to improve coordination with suppliers and clarify product operational standards for quality control. |
