| Abstract: | Penelitian perencanaan ekowisata burung dilatarbelakangi oleh belum
Data habitat burung dikumpulkan melalui
pengamatan langsung dengan metode pengambilan sumberdaya ekowisata burung
menggunakan metode IPA (Index Point of Abundance) dan data etno-ornitologi
dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Tipe habitat yang ditemukan
berupa hutan mangrove, hutan campuran, kebun campuran, bekas tambang, rawa,
pantai dan permukiman penduduk. Hasil penelitian menunjukan jenis yang
mendominasi Sub-ordo passeriformes, dengan habitat keanekaragaman tinggi
terdapat pada kawasan rawa. Luaran disajikan dalam bentuk buku dan video
dokumenter berisi informasi mengenai persebaran jenis burung. Research on bird ecotourism planning was motivated by the unavailability of data on the distribution of bird species and research on the potential diversity of bird species on small islands in the southern part of Bintan Regency on Mantang Island, Senjolong Island, Kelong Island, Foto Island and Buton Island which are included in Mantang and Bintan Pesisir Districts, the research was carried out from November to December 2024. This study aims to identify habitat types, populations, and bird species and their ranges, and analyze the relationship between bird species potential and ethno-ornithology. Bird habitat data were collected through direct observation using the IPA (Index Point of Abundance) method and ethno-ornithological data were collected through observation and interviews. Habitat types found were mangrove forests, mixed forests, mixed gardens, former mines, swamps, beaches and human settlements. The results showed that the dominating species of the Sub-order passeriformes, with high habitat diversity found in swamp areas. Outputs are presented in the form of books and documentary videos containing information on the distribution of bird species. |
