Abstract: PT D’Mamam Sehatin Indonesia sebagai perusahaan penyedia MPASI dan makanan sehat anak menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan proses penjualan yang masih bersifat manual dan belum terintegrasi, sehingga menimbulkan kendala seperti keterlambatan proses, duplikasi data, dan ketidakakuratan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) menggunakan Odoo versi 17 pada modul Sales, guna meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen penjualan perusahaan. Proses perancangan dilakukan melalui pendekatan desain keteknikan yang terdiri dari fase eksplorasi, pendefinisian masalah, ideasi, pengembangan prototipe, dan validasi. Sistem yang dikembangkan mencakup fitur manajemen pelanggan, pembuatan sales order, draft invoice, perhitungan margin per produk otomatis, serta dashboard berbasis indikator kinerja utama (KPI) seperti full fill rate dan margin per produk. Evaluasi kinerja menggunakan standar ISO/IEC 9126 dan ISO/IEC 29119 melalui User Acceptance Test (UAT) menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan pengguna di atas 75% pada seluruh modul, dengan Modul Sales memperoleh nilai 78,57%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem ERP Odoo mampu mengintegrasikan proses penjualan secara real-time dan meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan manajerial di PT D’Mamam Sehatin Indonesia.
PT D’Mamam Sehatin Indonesia, a company specializing in complementary baby food (MPASI) and healthy children's meals, faces challenges in managing its sales processes, which are still manual and unintegrated. These conditions result in delays, data duplication, and inaccurate information. This study aims to design and implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system using Odoo version 17, focusing on the Sales module, to enhance the effectiveness of sales management. The development process follows an engineering design approach consisting of exploration, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and validation phases. The system includes features such as customer management, sales order creation, draft invoicing, automatic product margin calculation, and a dashboard based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI), including full fill rate and product margin. System performance was evaluated using ISO/IEC 9126 and ISO/IEC 29119 standards through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which showed user acceptance levels above 75% across all modules, with the Sales module achieving a score of 78.57%. These results indicate that the ERP Odoo system effectively integrates sales processes in real time and improves managerial decision-making at PT D’Mamam Sehatin Indonesia.
