The application of the kaizen philosophy is a critical component for PT Amerta Indah Otsuka (AIO) in improving quality, productivity, and overall company performance. The Kaizen Department plays a leading role in ensuring the continuous implementation of kaizen principles. Through the IdeaBox application, all employee improvement initiatives—from ideation to implementation—are monitored and evaluated, with the aim of generating better outcomes in the future. To optimize the functionality of the IdeaBox application, the third version was developed, incorporating four new modules: an interactive dashboard, a digital bulletin board and blog, a chatbot, and a Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) form. This study aims to design, implement, and evaluate these four modules. The development process followed the scrum methodology, which includes the product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. The design and implementation results show that all features in the four modules functioned as expected, with black-box testing yielding a 100% success rate.
