Abstract: Proyek akhir ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat pengetahuan sumber daya manusia tentang agrowisata, menganalisis kebutuhan keterampilan, dan merancang program untuk meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di Desa Sukaresmi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Responden terdiri dari 166 masyarakat Desa Sukaresmi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan agrowisata masih tergolong rendah. Masyarakat membutuhkan keterampilan yang mencakup softskill dan hardskill. Rancangan Program kegiatan strategis menjadi luaran yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini. Luaran dibuat secara terstruktur dan berkelanjutan melalui pelatihan teknis, coaching, monitoring, dan evaluasi yang didukung oleh penggunaan teknologi digital. Pembelajaran dilakukan secara interaktif seperti simulasi, studi kasus, dan penerapan learning by doing dan Dukungan terhadap budaya organisasi belajar serta sistem penghargaan dan insentif menjadi faktor penting dalam memastikan keberhasilan program peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di sektor agrowisata
This final project aims to identify the level of knowledge of human resources about agritourism, analyse skill needs, and design a programme to increase the capacity of human resources in Sukaresmi Village. The method used is a quantitative approach using questionnaires, observations and interviews. Respondents consisted of 166 people from Sukaresmi Village. The results showed that the level of agritourism knowledge was still relatively low. The community needs skills that include soft skills and hard skills. The strategic activity programme design is the output generated from this research. Outputs are made in a structured and sustainable manner through technical training, coaching, monitoring, and evaluation supported by the use of digital technology. Learning is done interactively such as simulations, case studies, and the application of learning by doing. Support for a learning organisation culture as well as a reward and incentive system are important factors in ensuring the success of human resource capacity building programmes in the agritourism sector
