dc.description.abstractKeberhasilan penyuluhan dapat diukur melalui tingkat kepuasan petani dalam memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan petani. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan service quality yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan petani padi terhadap kinerja pelayanan penyuluhan pertanian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 81 responden petani padi di Kalurahan Trimulyo, Kapanewon Sleman, Kabupaten Sleman yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive systematic sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala likert untuk mengukur variabel-variabel penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara karakteristik petani terhadap kepuasan terhadap kinerja penyuluhan pertanian. Berdasarkan analisis IPA, terdapat enam atribut prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki. Sementara, pada analisis CSI diperoleh skor sebesar 73,46% yang artinya petani puas terhadap kinerja pelayanan penyuluhan pertanian dengan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan petani pada atribut ketersediaan alat bantu penyuluhan, pelatihan dan kunjungan rutin, penyampaian informasi akses pasar, teknologi, pembiayaan secara konsisten, penguatan jejaring kemitraan, kemampuan meningkatkan produktivitas usahatani, serta penggunaan metode penyuluhan yang mudah dipahami.-
dc.description.abstractThe success of agricultural extension services can be measured through the level of farmer satisfaction in meeting their expectations and needs. This study adopts a service quality approach to analyze the satisfaction level of rice farmers toward the performance of agricultural extension services. The sample consisted of 81 rice farmers in Kalurahan Trimulyo, Kapanewon Sleman, Kabupaten Sleman, selected using purposive systematic sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires based on a Likert scale to measure research variables. Data analysis employed Chi-Square tests, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed that there was no significant relationship between farmers' characteristics and their satisfaction with extension service performance. Based on the IPA, six key attributes were identified as top priorities for improvement. Meanwhile, the CSI score was 73.46%, indicating that farmers were generally satisfied with the performance of agricultural extension services. However, improvements are needed to further enhance satisfaction, particularly in the availability of extension aids, regular training and visits, consistent delivery of information on market access, technology, financing, strengthening of partnership networks, the ability to improve farm productivity, and extension methods.-
