PT Ikova Amerta Indonesia adalah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang jasa laboratorium pengujian, khususnya pengujian konsentrat timbal (Pb). Konsentrat Pb diperoleh dari ekstraksi bijih galena melalui proses flotasi, yang membutuhkan pemurnian untuk memisahkan timbal dari pengotor. Pengujian estimasi ketidakpastian kadar Ag dalam konsentrat Pb merupakan salah satu rangkaian pengujian dari validasi metode untuk menghitung nilai benar dari hasil pengukuran kadar Ag dalam konsentrat Pb. Sesuai ISO 17025:2017 klausul 7.6.1, laboratorium harus mengidentifikasi kontribusi terhadap ketidakpastian pengukuran. Estimasi ketidakpastian penting untuk mengevaluasi keandalan data dan kesesuaiannya dengan tujuan penggunaan. Dalam penelitian, ketidakpastian kadar perak dalam konsentrat timbal dihitung sebesar 115 mg/kg, dengan kadar perak ditemukan sebesar 2125 mg/kg. Hasil ini memenuhi syarat keberterimaan dengan ketidakpastian relatif 5%, lebih rendah dari batas 10%.

PT Ikova Amerta Indonesia was a private company engaged in laboratory testing services, especially lead (Pb) concentrate testing. Pb concentrate was obtained from galena ore extraction through a flotation process, which required purification to separate lead from impurities. Testing the uncertainty estimation of Ag levels in Pb concentrate was one of a series of tests from method validation to calculate the true value of the measurement results of Ag levels in Pb concentrate. According to ISO 17025:2017 clause 7.6.1, the laboratory had to identify contributions to uncertainty measurement. Uncertainty estimation was important to evaluate the reliability of the data and its suitability for the intended use. In the study, the uncertainty of the silver content in lead concentrate was calculated at 115 mg/kg, with the silver content found at 2125 mg/kg.
