Abstract: Hasil dari market research yang telah dilakukan platform pelatihan guru XYZ, khususnya mengenai UI/UX menunjukkan adanya keluhan dari pengguna. Keluhan tersebut menjadi salah satu tanda penting dilakukannya analisis usability pada platform yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat usability yang dimiliki platform pelatihan guru XYZ. Sebelum menggunakan metode utama system usability scale (SUS) sebagai kuesioner terstandarisasi yang telah dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, partisipan dipastikan telah langsung berinteraksi dengan sistem menggunakan tugas unmoderated remote testing. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi skor SUS yang dimiliki platform pelatihan guru XYZ adalah 78,14 yang masuk pada interpretasi "B+", "good", "acceptable", dan kategori NPS "passive". Dengan demikian, kinerja platform pelatihan guru XYZ telah memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa potensi perbaikan untuk peningkatan pengalaman pengguna.
Market research conducted by XYZ teacher training platform, particularly regarding UI/UX aspects, revealed several user complaints. These complaints serve as a significant indication of the need to conduct a usability analysis of the platform. This study aims to analyze the level of usability of the XYZ teacher training platform. Before applying the main method, the System Usability Scale (SUS)—a standardized questionnaire proven to be valid and reliable—participants were ensured to have directly interacted with the system through unmoderated remote testing tasks. The study identified a SUS score of 78.14 for the XYZ teacher training platform, which falls under the interpretation of "B+", "good", "acceptable", and the NPS category of "passive". Therefore, the performance of the XYZ teacher training platform provides a good user experience, although there are still some areas for improvement to enhance overall user satisfaction.
