| Abstract: | Penyakit infeksi seperti diare, ISPA, cacingan, dan DBD masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama pada anak sekolah dasar di Indonesia akibat kurangnya pemahaman tentang gizi seimbang dan PHBS. Nutrition Maze Board Game dikembangkan sebagai media pembelajaran visual dan interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan model 4-D dan dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 7 Subagan, Karangasem, Bali dengan metode kuasi eksperimen pre-test dan post-test tanpa kelompok kontrol, melibatkan siswa kelas IV–VI. Hasil validasi menunjukkan media valid, dengan skor kesukaan siswa 3,7 dari skala 4. Skor pengetahuan meningkat signifikan dari 69 menjadi 94 (p < 0,001), dan seluruh siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa Nutrition Maze Board Game efektif meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang pencegahan penyakit infeksi serta mendukung edukasi PHBS di sekolah dasar. Infectious diseases such as diarrhea, respiratory infections, worm infestations, and dengue fever remain major health issues among elementary school children in Indonesia due to limited understanding of balanced nutrition and clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). To address this, the Nutrition Maze Board Game was developed as a visual and interactive learning tool. This study applied the 4-D development model and was conducted at SD Negeri 7 Subagan, Karangasem, Bali, using a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test design without a control group, involving students in grades IV–VI. Expert validation showed the media was valid, with a student preference score of 3.7 out of 4. Knowledge scores significantly increased from 69 to 94 (p < 0.001), and all students achieved mastery learning. These findings indicate that the Nutrition Maze Board Game is effective in enhancing students’ understanding of infectious disease prevention and supporting PHBS education in elementary schools. |
