Iron deficiency anemia is common among adolescent girls in Indonesia due to increased iron requirements during puberty and menstruation, as well as poor dietary habits. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of WhatsApp Channels in improving adolescents' knowledge and attitudes toward anemia prevention. Using a pre-experimental one-group pre-test post-test design on 102 adolescent girls aged 10–19 years who participated in a 30-day education program via the WhatsApp Channel “Remaja Bebas Anemia” (Adolescents Free from Anemia). The results showed a significant increase in knowledge (p < 0.001) and an improvement in attitudes from 75% to 93%. WhatsApp Channels proved effective as an easily accessible educational medium aligned with adolescents' digital habits. Future research is encouraged to consider other factors such as age, residence, and educational level that may influence changes in adolescent girls' knowledge and attitudes toward iron-deficiency anemia prevention.
