Abstract: Indonesia merupakan salah satu produsen kelapa terbesar di dunia, dan memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan dalam bentuk produk olahan. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ekspor ke negara tradisional berfluktuatif, sehingga ekspansi pasar perlu dijadikan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja perdagangan ekspor kelapa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis diversifikasi pasar ekspor kelapa ke negara non-tradisional. Fokus penelitian mencakup empat produk utama, yaitu kelapa kering, santan, karbon aktif, dan arang tempurung selama periode 2009–2023. Analisis menggunakan metode RCA, EPD, X-Model dan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelapa Indonesia memiliki potensi dan daya saing tinggi di negara Afrika Selatan, Cina, Estonia, India, Mesir, Papua Nugini, Peru, Rusia, dan Swedia. Analisis regresi data panel mengindikasikan beberapa faktor berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap ekspor kelapa Indonesia, termasuk GDP per kapita negara mitra, nilai tukar riil, dampak dari COVID-19 dan perjanjian perdagangan bebas (FTA).
Indonesia is one of the world's largest coconut producers and has significant potential for development into processed products. In recent years, exports to traditional countries have fluctuated, so market expansion needs to be a strategy to improve Indonesia's coconut export trade performance. This study aims to analyze the diversification of coconut export markets to non-traditional countries. The research focuses on four main products: desiccated coconut, coconut milk, activated carbon, and coconut shell charcoal during the period 2009–2023. The analysis uses RCA, EPD, X-Model, and panel data regression methods. The results show that Indonesian coconut has high potential and competitiveness in South Africa, China, Estonia, India, Egypt, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Russia, and Sweden. Panel data regression analysis indicates several factors have a significant positive influence on Indonesian coconut exports, including GDP per capita of partner countries, the real exchange rate, the impact of COVID-19, and free trade agreements (FTAs).
