dc.description.abstractTerjadinya kinerja yang belum mencapai target karena terdapat kemampuan karyawan yang belum mampu menguasai pekerjaannya di PT Azaki Food Internasional, berbanding terbalik dengan perkembangan bisnis yang terjadi. Hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan solusi yaitu suatu analisis kebutuhan pelatihan, agar dapat mengetahui kinerja yang dimiliki karyawan. Hasil dari analisis kebutuhan pelatihan menunjukkan terdapat 3 karyawan membutuhkan pelatihan. Perancangan program pelatihan, dilakukan berdasarkan analisis hierarki proses (AHP). Hasil dari AHP menghasilkan fokus, tujuan, dan alternatif dari perancangan program yang dianalisis lebih lanjut dan menghasilkan keputusan pada metode, bentuk pelatihan, serta periode dan waktu pelatihan. Evaluasi dari pelatihan menggunakan evaluasi kirkpatrick, pada level reaksi, pembelajaran, perilaku, dan hasil. Hasil analisis finansial return on training investment sebesar 845%, menunjukkan investasi lebih dari 0, bernilai positif dan memberikan manfaat yang lebih besar daripada biaya yang dikeluarkan.-
dc.description.abstractThe performance that has not reached the target because there are employees who have not been able to master their work at PT Azaki Food Internasional, inversely proportional to the business development that occurs. This can be overcome with a solution, namely a training needs analysis, in order to find out the performance of employees. The results of the training needs analysis show that there are 3 employees who need training. The design of the training program is carried out based on the hierarchy process analysis (AHP). The results of the AHP produce the focus, objectives, and alternatives of the program design which are further analyzed and produce decisions on the method, form of training, and the period and time of training. Evaluation of the training uses Kirkpatrick evaluation, at the level of reaction, learning, behavior, and results. The results of the financial analysis of the return on training investment of 845%, indicating an investment of more than 0, positive value and providing greater benefits than the costs incurred.-
