T Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia carries out a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in Desa Pitu, Ngawi Regency, by planting eucalyptus trees for eucalyptus oil production, which currently lacks packaging. Agricultural waste such as banana pseudostem and corn husk, both high in cellulose, has not yet been optimally utilized. This study aims to calculate the potential generation and reduction of waste, examine the effect of material composition on the physical characteristics of paper for load simulation tests, assess biodegradability, and analyze the economic feasibility of paper bags. The methods used include interviews, experimental observation, variable costing, and literature review. The results show that dry waste of 120 kg/ha/crop of banana pseudostem and 184.4 kg/ha/crop of corn husk can be reduced by 26-100% depending on the paper composition. The best composition for paper bags is 25% banana pseudostem and 75% corn husk because it has a high tensile strength (11.18 MPa) and low grammage (73.15 g/m²). The best composition also withstood full load in simulation tests and had the fastest degradation rate in biodegradability tests. The production cost per sheet is Rp 2,057 with a selling price margin of 35%.
