| dc.description.abstract | Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap perekonomian. Pertumbuhan pesat UMKM juga menyebabkan peningkatan kerusakan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pengetahuan lingkungan (EK) dan manajemen rantai pasok hijau (GSCM) terhadap kinerja bisnis (BP) dan kinerja keberlanjutan (SP) pada konteks UMKM sektor kuliner di Kota Bogor. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Februari – Juli 2025 dengan lokasi penelitian berada di Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengambilan sampel bertingkat dengan cluster sampling dan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dari 210 pelaku UMKM yang diuji dengan model persamaan struktural (SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EK dan GSCM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap BP dan SP. Selain itu, GSCM terbukti memediasi secara positif dan signifikan EK terhadap BP dan SP. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in driving economic growth. Nevertheless, their rapid expansion has also led to a rise in environmental degradation. This study aimed to examine the impact of environmental knowledge (EK) and green supply chain management (GSCM) on business performance (BP) and sustainability performance (SP) in the context of MSMEs in the culinary sector in Bogor City. The research was conducted from February to July 2025 in Bogor City. A multistage sampling method was employed, using cluster sampling and purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected from 210 MSME practitioners and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results showed that EK and GSCM had a positive and significant effect on BP and SP. Furthermore, GSCM was found to positively and significantly mediate the relationship between EK and both BP and SP. | - |
