Abstract: Wakaf uang di Indonesia menawarkan potensi besar mencapai Rp180 triliun per tahun, namun realisasinya hanya sekitar 1,39% atau Rp2,23 triliun hingga tahun 2024.
Cash waqf in Indonesia offers great potential reaching Rp180 trillion per year, but the realization is only around 1.39% or Rp2.23 trillion until 2024. This difference is influenced by several factors such as low Islamic financial literacy and suboptimal management strategies, although the number of institutions receiving cash waqf continues to increase. This study aims to determine the strategic priorities of BPRS Rif'atul Ummah in Bogor to optimize cash waqf collection using a SWOT- based Analytic Network Process (ANP) approach. The method involved in-depth interviews and questionnaires from five experts, processed with Super Decisions software. Results showed specialized training for Human Resources (HR) as the top priority, followed by cooperation with Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) and partnership with the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI). The implications of the research suggest investing in human resource development and digital technology to improve the efficiency of waqf management, while strengthening the role of BPRS Rif'atul Ummah as an LKS-PWU amidst the challenges of business recovery.
