(RKLT). Perlakuan disusun dalam 4 taraf pemupukan pupuk hayati yaitu: (1) kontrol tanpa aplikasi pupuk (P0), (2) pupuk hayati 50 g/tanaman (P1), (3) pupuk hayati 100 g/tanaman (P2), (4) pupuk hayati 200 g/tanaman. Longan (Dimocarpus longan L.) is a plant native to mainland China and is classfied as subtropical species. In 2022, Indonesia succesfully produced up to 46.096 tons of longgan annually. One of alternative for increasing agricultural production is the use of biofertilizers. The application of biofertilizers is expected to reduce reliance on inorganic fertilizers, allowing longan plants to grow healthier, be more environmentally friendly, and achieve optimal yields. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of biofertilizers on the growth of longan plants. The research was conducted from April to September 2024 at the Palm Oil Education and Research Station of IPB-Cargill, located in Jonggol District, Bogor Regency. Data collection followed a Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) experiment. The treatment consisted of four biofertilizer levels: (1) control without fertilizer application (P0), (2) biofertilizer at 50 g/plant (P1), (3) biofertilizer at 100 g/plant (P2), and (4) biofertilizer at 200 g/plant (P3). The observed variables included stem diameter, plant height, number of branches, and leaf greenness. The result of this study indicated that biofertilizers do not have a significant effect on longan growth. |
