| Abstract: | Bank Sampah Asri Mandiri merupakan bentuk nyata peran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan di Desa Benteng. Keterlibatan nasabah dalam kegiatan bank sampah menjadi bagian penting dalam mendukung keberlanjutan program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat partisipasi nasabah dengan keberlanjutan program bank sampah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung data kualitatif, melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi nasabah pada tahap pengambilan keputusan, pelaksanaan, menikmati hasil, dan evaluasi berada pada kategori sedang hingga tinggi. Keberlanjutan program terlihat baik dalam aspek lingkungan dan sosial. Hasil uji korelasi rank spearman menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara partisipasi nasabah dan keberlanjutan program. Hubungan signifikan antara partisipasi dan keberlanjutan menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan nasabah memiliki peran utama dalam mendukung program. Bank Sampah Asri Mandiri is a real example of community involvement in sustainable waste management in Benteng Village. Customer participation in waste bank activities plays an important role in maintaining program continuity. This study aims to examine the relationship between customer participation levels and the program's sustainability. The research applied a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data, collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Results show that customer participation in decision-making, implementation, benefit use, and evaluation is in the moderate to high category. The program demonstrates good sustainability in environmental and social aspects. The Spearman rank correlation test shows a significant relationship between customer participation and program sustainability. The significant correlation between participation and sustainability indicates that customer involvement plays a key role in supporting the program. |
