Abstract: Industri Online Food Delivery (OFD) mengalami pertumbuhan pesat secara global, namun ditemukan perbedaan pola penggunaan dan faktor kepuasan pengguna antar negara.
The Online Food Delivery (OFD) industry has experienced rapid global growth; however, differences in usage patterns and user satisfaction factors have been identified across countries. This study compares the factors influencing user satisfaction and continuance intention of OFD services in Indonesia and South Korea using descriptive analysis, cross-tabulation, and SEM-PLS. A total of 400 respondents were collected through a survey. The analysis shows that Indonesian users have a higher frequency of usage, with their satisfaction influenced by confirmation, hedonic motivation, effort expectancy, and performance expectancy, while in Korea, only the first two factors are significant. Continuance intention is influenced by habit and online tracking in both countries, as well as by social influence in Indonesia and online rating in Korea. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of adopting context-specific strategies in the development of OFD services across countries.
