Abstract: PT Cipta Kridatama (CK) merupakan salah satu anak usaha dari Tiara Marga Trakindo Utama Group yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan persediaan alat mekanis pendukung dan material lainnya karena sering tidak terpakai dalam waktu lama atau bahkan menumpuk di warehouse. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem pengendalian persediaan guna mengurangi barang tidak bergerak (deadstock) dengan pendekatan turnover ratio (TOR) dan klasifikasi FSN (Fast, Slow, Non-moving). Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data primer (wawancara, survei, observasi) dan sekunder (laporan, jurnal, artikel, buku, dokumen perusahaan) dari lima lokasi warehouse. Analisis dilakukan melalui perhitungan TOR secara parsial dan tahunan, serta visualisasi data pergerakan barang menggunakan Microsoft Power BI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar barang tergolong non-moving yang berpotensi meningkatkan biaya penyimpanan dan menurunkan efisiensi operasional. Implementasi dashboard Power BI terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan transparansi informasi dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat dalam pengelolaan persediaan.
PT Cipta Kridatama (CK), a subsidiary of Tiara Marga Trakindo Utama Group, faces challenges in managing inventory of supporting mechanical equipment and other materials due to frequent underutilization or accumulation in the warehouse. This study aims to evaluate the inventory control system to reduce non-moving items (deadstock) using a turnover ratio (TOR) approach and FSN (fast, slow, non-moving) classification. The methods used include primary data collection (interviews, surveys, observations) and secondary data (reports, journals, articles, books, company documents) from five warehouse locations. The analysis is conducted through partial and annual TOR calculations and data visualization of item movements using Microsoft Power BI. The results show that most items are categorized as non-moving, potentially increasing storage costs and reducing operational efficiency. The implementation of the Power BI dashboard has proven effective in enhancing information transparency and supporting more accurate decision-making in inventory management.
