CV Asa Agro Corporation is a company engaged in the cultivation and distribution of white oyster mushrooms with a partnership system with 7 local farmers. Despite having a clear supply chain structure, the company still faces obstacles in supply chain management, especially the quality of crops and inefficient distribution. This study aims to analyze the supply chain structure, measure its performance and efficiency, and formulate improvement strategies. The methods used include SCOR, AHP, and DEA. The results showed that the reliability attribute obtained the lowest performance value of 78% and the AHP results on reliability (0.589) became the priority with the highest weight, indicating that the company was very dependent on perfect product conditions. DEA analysis shows that most of the farmer partners have not achieved optimal efficiency with efficiency values below 100%. Strategies in managerial implications suggested include technical cultivation training, evaluation of partner performance, consistent application of SOPs, and optimization of logistics which are expected to improve supply chain efficiency and increase company profitability. |
