Interior di PT XYZ. Dibimbing oleh PURANA INDRAWAN.
PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di industri otomotif yang
menghasilkan produk kendaraan yang sangat beragam, perusahaan ini bergerak
dalam tiga bidang bisnis yaitu karoseri, fabrikasi, serta assembly. Berdasarkan hasil
observasi dan wawancara penulis, terdapat permasalahan pada penetapan waktu
kerja yang berbeda dengan waktu aktual yang menyebabkan terhentinya proses
produksi pada bagian trimming karena terdapat keterlambatan komponen yang
diproduksi oleh bagian interior mobil. Dengan adanya penelitian ini dilakukan
perhitungan waktu baku dengan hasil perhitungan 10,5 menit yang dimana dapat
dijadikan sebagai evaluated standard time dan dapat menerapkan continuous
improvement dengan instruksi kerja sebagai output proyek akhir.

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the automotive industry that produces a wide variety of vehicle products. This company is engaged in three business areas, namely bodywork, fabrication, and assembly. Based on the results of the author's observations and interviews, there were problems in determining working hours that were different from the actual time, which caused the production process in the trimming section to stop because there was a delay in components produced by the car interior section. With this research, a standard time calculation was carried out with a calculation result of 10.5 minutes, which can be used as an evaluated standard time and implemented for continuous improvement with work instructions as the final project output.
