Perbaikan Kinerja Supply Chain Management Pada PT XYZ

Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja ialah proses untuk mengukur seberapa baik berbagai kegiatan dalam rantai nilai perusahaan dijalankan. Penting bagi perusahaan untuk mempertahankan kinerja dari setiap indikator yang ada dalam perusahaan, serta mengetahui apakah perusahaan telah melakukan perbaikan kinerja pada setiap indikator yang penilaiannya masih kurang dari target perusahaan. Seperti pada PT XYZ yang memproduksi flexible packaging untuk kebutuhan industri. Penulis menggunakan beberapa metode penelitian seperti SCOR, AHP, Normalisasi Snorm de Boer, dan perhitungan nilai akhir SCM. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu melakukan beberapa perbaikan pada indikator-indikator yang nilainya masih dibawah 90% (Excellent). Penulis juga menghitung nilai normalisasi snorm de boer serta melakukan pembobotan sebagai acuan untuk mendapatkan nilai akhir SCM. Usulan perbaikan ini diharapkan mampu menjadi pedoman bagi perusahaan untuk melakukan perbaikan terhadap kinerja supply chain management.

Performance measurement is a process to measure how well various activities in the company's value chain are carried out. It is important for companies to maintain the performance of each indicator in the company, and to know whether the company has made performance improvements on each indicator whose assessment is still below the company's target. Such as at PT XYZ which produces flexible packaging for industrial needs. The author uses several research methods such as SCOR, AHP, Snorm de Boer Normalization, and SCM final value calculation. The study shows that the company needs to make some improvements to indicators whose values are still below 90% (Excellent). The author also calculates the normalization value of Snorm de Boer and does weighting as a reference to obtain the final SCM value. This improvement proposal is expected to be a guideline for companies to make improvements to supply chain management performance.
