| Abstract: | PT Bina Usaha Flora mengalami fluktuasi penjualan tanaman hias. Situasi ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu melakukan diversifikasi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai peluang wisata edukasi, menyusun paket agroeduwisata yang sesuai dengan preferensi konsumen serta menilai kelayakan finansialnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup analisis Business Model Canvas (BMC), analisis konjoin untuk memahami preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut dari paket agroeduwisata, dan analisis biaya dengan pendekatan HPP, BEP, dan R/C ratio. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsumen lebih menyukai harga paket di bawah Rp30.000 serta jenis paket yang menawarkan kegiatan interaktif, seperti melukis pot. Paket agroeduwisata yang telah dirancang menghasilkan R/C ratio sebesar 1,81 pada tahun pertama dan tahun kedua hingga delapan, menandakan bahwa pembentukan agroeduwisata layak secara finansial. Dengan strategi pengembangan agroeduwisata ini, diharapkan perusahaan dapat mendapatkan keuntungan ekonomi dan juga meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang keberagaman flora. PT Bina Usaha Flora experienced fluctuations in ornamental plant sales. This situation indicates that the company needs to diversify to increase revenue. This study aims to assess educational tourism opportunities, develop agro-edutourism packages that are in accordance with consumer preferences, and assess their financial feasibility. The methods used in this study include Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis, conjoint analysis to understand consumer preferences for the attributes of agro-edutourism packages, and cost analysis using the HPP, BEP, and R/C ratio approaches. The results of this study indicate that consumers prefer package prices below Rp30.000 and types of packages that offer interactive activities, such as painting pots. The designed agro-edutourism package produced an R/C ratio of 1,81 in the first year and years two to eight, indicating that the establishment of agro-edutourism is financially feasible. With this agro-edutourism development strategy, it is hoped that the company can gain economic benefits and also increase public knowledge about flora diversity. |
