dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan rantai pasok dengan Model Food Supply Chain Networking (FSCN), perhitungan kinerja rantai pasok dengan margin pemasaran, dan farmer’s share, serta merekomendasikan implikasi manajerial sebagai potensi perbaikan. Berdasarkan penelitian, terdapat lebih dari satu saluran rantai pasok dengan variasi harga yang mengakibatkan terjadinya ketidakefisienan. Hasil implikasi manajerial membentuk suatu kebijakan perubahan harga khususnya bagi yang kurang optimal, sehingga setelah evaluasi dapat dikatakan efisien. Rantai pasok efisien apabila memiliki hubungan negatif antara persentase margin pemasaran yang rendah, farmer’s share yang tinggi, dan saluran yang minim perantara. Margin pemasaran tertinggi sebelum kebijakan sebesar 64,58% dan setelah adanya evaluasi hanya sebesar 48,00%. Sedangkan untuk persentase terendah farmer’s share sebelum kebijakan sebesar 35,42% dan setelah kebijakan sebesar 52,00%. Berdasarkan implikasi manajerial diperlukan adanya transparansi, komunikasi, dan umpan balik antara produsen dan konsumen sebagai bahan evaluasi keberlanjutan suatu usaha.-
dc.description.abstractThis research aims to describe the supply chain using the Food Supply Chain Networking (FSCN) model, calculates supply chain performance using marketing margins, and farmer’s shares, and recommend managerial implications as potential improvements. Based on the research, there is more than one supply chain channel with price variations that result in inefficiency. The managerial implications form a policy for price changes, particularly for those that are less than optimal, so that after evaluation, they can be considered efficient. A supply chain is efficient if it has a negative relationship between low marketing margin percentages, high farmer’s shares, and minimal intermediaries. The highest marketing margin before the policy was 64.58%, and after evaluation, it was only 48.00%. Meanwhile, the lowest percentage of farmer’s share before the policy was 35.42%, and after the policy, it was 52.00%. Based on managerial implications transparency, communication, and feedback between producers and consumers are necessary as evaluation materials for the sustainability of a business.-
