The utilization of organic waste as liquid organic fertilizer offers an environmentally friendly solution for waste management, particularly in the mining industry. This study aimed to determine the most optimal formulation of LOF derived from organic waste using various MOL (Local Microorganism) bioactivators to support the growth of green spinach (Amaranthus hybridus L.). The fermentation process was carried out aerobically for 15 days with four treatments: P0 (control), P1 (leachate + molasses), P2 (leachate + molasses + rice-washing water), and P3 (leachate + molasses + yeast). Laboratory analysis showed that treatment P1 had the highest organic nitrogen content at 1.20% and a pH of 4.01, meeting the quality standard of Ministry of Agriculture Regulation No. 01/2019 for pH and nitrogen parameters, although the organic carbon content did not reach the minimum requirement (=10%). The application of LOF to spinach plants indicated no significant effect on leaf number and fresh weight, but a positive effect on plant height. Thus, P1 is recommended as the most optimal treatment in this study.
