| Abstract: | Proyek ini mengangkat topik “Implementasi Copywriting Menggunakan Model AIDA dalam Online Magazine sebagai Media Informasi dan Promosi Sekolah Vokasi IPB Kampus Bogor” sebagai bentuk jawaban akan tantangan perkembangan era teknonogi komunikasi dan media social yang semakin pesat. Berdasarkan tuntutan komunikasi digital yang kian berkembang sekaligus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan promosi Sekolah Vokasi IPB University khususnya kampus Bogor yang masih terbatas akan media promosi digital, hal inilah yang melatar belakangi perancangan proyek ini untuk menyesuaikan karakter generasi saat ini terutama generasi Z yang cenderung menyukai konten yang bersifat ringan, visual, persuasif dan praktis. Media online magazine dipilih sebagai sarana yang informatif dan mampu menciptakan pengalaman membaca yang interaktif dan berkesan. Topik ini relevan dengan keilmuan Komunikasi Digital dan Media, khususnya pada aspek produksi konten, strategi penulisan efektif dan pemanfaatan media baru.
Proyek ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi copywriting yang efektif menggunakan model pendekatan berbasis AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) dalam online magazine sebagai media promosi digital. Proyek ini terdiri atas empat tahapan utama, mulai dari perencanaan, pengembangan konsep dan produksi awal, produksi dan implementasi hingga revisi dan penyempurnaan. Proyek ini merupakan kolaboratif antara copywriter dengan desainer grafis. Target audiens dari proyek ini adalah calon mahasiswa, orang tua, hingga mitra akademik dan industri, dengan fokus utama memperkuat citra dan promosi digital Sekolah Vokasi IPB University kampus Bogor. Strategi copywriting berbasis model AIDA ditujukan untuk membangun narasi yang kuat persuasif dan menggugah secara emosional. Pada tahap Attention, digunakan headline yang kuat dan menarik, Interest dikembangkan melalui penulisan informatif dan persuasif, Desire diperkuat dengan penjelasan keunggulan Sekolah Vokasi IPB University dan testimoni alumni hingga Action ditutup dengan ajakan dan tautan langsung menuju website dan media sosial resmi kampus.
Implementasi copywriting model pendekatan AIDA ditujukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas media promosi digital Sekolah Vokasi IPB University. Struktur konten yang sistematis, penggunaan bahasa yang ringan namun persuasif, serta pemanfaatan fitur interaktif menciptakan online magazine yang tidak hanya informatif tetapi juga membangun keterlibatan audiens. Online magazine diharapkan dapat menjawab kebutuhan promosi Sekolah Vokasi IPB University kampus Bogor yang selama ini belum memiliki media digital promosi yang khusus. This project raises the topic “Implementation of Copywriting Using the AIDA Model in Online Magazine as Information and Promotion Media for IPB Vocational School Bogor Campus” as a form of answer to the challenges of the rapid development of the era of communication technology and social media. Based on the growing demands of digital communication as well as to meet the promotional needs of IPB University Vocational School, especially the Bogor campus which is still limited in digital promotional media, this is the background of the design of this project to adjust the character of the current generation, especially generation Z which tends to like content that is light, visual, persuasive and practical. The online magazine media was chosen as an informative tool that can create an interactive and memorable reading experience. This topic is relevant to the Digital Communication and Media discipline, especially in the aspects of content production, effective writing strategies and utilization of new media. This project aims to design and implement an effective copywriting strategy using the AIDA-based approach model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) in an online magazine as a digital promotional media. The project consists of four main stages, from planning, concept development and initial production, production and implementation to revision and refinement. This project is a collaboration between a copywriter and a graphic designer. The target audience of this project is prospective students, parents, and academic and industrial partners, with the main focus on strengthening the image and digital promotion of IPB University Vocational School Bogor campus. The copywriting strategy based on the AIDA model is aimed at building a strong persuasive and emotionally evocative narrative. At the Attention stage, a strong and attractive headline is used, Interest is developed through informative and persuasive writing, Desire is strengthened by explaining the advantages of IPB University Vocational School and alumni testimonials until Action is closed with an invitation and direct link to the official campus website and social media. The implementation of the copywriting model of the AIDA approach is intended to increase the effectiveness of digital promotional media for IPB University Vocational School. The systematic content structure, the use of light but persuasive language, and the utilization of interactive features create an online magazine that is not only informative but also builds audience engagement. The online magazine is expected to answer the promotional needs of the Bogor campus of IPB University Vocational School, which so far does not have a dedicated digital promotional media. |
