Abstract: Educourse sebagai platform pendidikan perlu melakukan pembaharuan video company profile yang didasarkan pada perkembangan layanan dan ekspansi bisnis. Proyek akhir ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi gaya komunikasi yang digunakan sutradara selama proses produksi video company profile Educourse. Proyek akhir ini menggunakan metode Agile yang mencakup lima tahapan, yaitu planning, designing, development, testing, dan deployment. Sutradara bertanggung jawab di seluruh tahapan produksi dengan menerapkan lima gaya komunikasi Stewart L. Tubbs dan Sylvia Moss, yakni gaya komunikasi timbal balik, gaya komunikasi berstruktur, gaya komunikasi melepaskan, gaya komunikasi mengendalikan, dan gaya komunikasi dinamis. Implementasi lima gaya komunikasi tersebut efektif bagi sutradara dalam mengarahkan dan mengelola seluruh tahapan produksi secara terstruktur, serta terjalin kerja sama yang harmonis dengan tim, narasumber, talent, dan pihak Educourse. Penerapan lima gaya komunikasi Stewart L. Tubbs dan Sylvia Moss oleh sutradara juga terbukti berhasil meminimalisir kesalahpahaman dan mampu menangani hambatan produksi secara cepat tanggap.
Educourse, as an educational platform, needs to update its company profile video based on service developments and business expansion. This final project aims to explain the implementation of the communication styles used by the director during the production process of Educourse company profile video. The project employs the Agile method, which comprises five stages: planning, designing, development, testing, and deployment. The director is responsible for all stages of production and applies the five communication styles proposed by Stewart L. Tubbs and Sylvia Moss, namely the equalitarian style, the structuring style, the relinquishing style, the controlling style, and the dynamic style. The implementation of these communication styles has proven effective in enabling the director to manage all stages of production process in a structured manner, while also fostering harmonious collaboration with the team, resource persons, talents, and Educourse representatives. The application of the five communication styles of Stewart L. Tubbs and Sylvia Moss by the director has also been successful in minimizing misunderstandings and responding to obstacles production quickly and effectively.
