= -4,6330 + 0,1107 (??????) - 0,1012 (???? ??????). Nilai odds ratio atau Exp (??) tingkat kecukupan protein sebesar 1,117, artinya jika tingkat kecukupan protein subjek naik 1 maka risiko terkena hipertensi akan meningkat sebesar 1,117 kali. Begitupun, dengan Exp (??) tingkat kecukupan kalsium sebesar 0,904, artinya jika tingkat kecukupan kalsium meningkat 1 maka risiko hipertensi menurun sebesar 0,904 kali.
Hypertension is currently one of the diseases that is a burden of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Factors associated with the occurrence of hypertension need to be known as one of the steps to prevent and overcome the impacts and losses of hypertension. This study aims to analyze the factors related to hypertension. The independent variables in this study consisted of age, macro and micronutrient adequacy levels, physiological conditions, and daily walking distance. Intake and nutrient adequacy levels were measured by 1 x 24-hour weekday food recall. This cohort study involved 84 subjects who were wives who lived in Babakan Village. Data collection was carried out through interviews and direct filling out of questionnaires directly. As many as (20.7%) of subjects had hypertension. The results showed that protein and calcium adequacy levels influenced the incidence of hypertension in subjects (p <0.05). The binomial logistic regression model of the two variables is as follows: g(x) = -4,6330 + 0,1107 (TKP) - 0,1012 (TK Cal). The odds ratio or Exp (ß) value of the protein adequacy level is 1.117, meaning that if the subject's protein adequacy level increases by 1, the risk of developing hypertension will increase by 1.117 times. Likewise, with Exp (ß) of the calcium adequacy level of 0.904, meaning that if the calcium adequacy level increases by 1, the risk of hypertension decreases by 0.904 times.
