Abstract: Industri susu Indonesia menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang positif seiring meningkatnya kesadaran akan pola hidup sehat.
The Indonesian dairy industry shows positive growth along with increasing awareness of healthy lifestyles. However, milk consumption among Generation Z is still relatively low despite being exposed to healthy and active lifestyle trends on social media. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media exposure, sustainable healthy lifestyles, and motivation on milk purchasing behavior among Generation Z. The study used a quantitative approach with an online survey method of 288 respondents aged 13–28 years who live in Indonesia and have experience in purchasing and consuming milk. The analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics, Spearman correlation, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS. The results showed that social media exposure has a significant effect on sustainable healthy lifestyle and motivation, indirectly influencing milk purchasing behavior. Conversely, sustainable healthy lifestyles and motivation were shown to have a significant effect on milk purchasing behavior. This study contributes to the understanding of Generation Z's milk consumption behavior and serves as a reference for further researchers.
