Abstract: CV HNM merupakan UMKM yang memproduksi dan memasarkan produknya kepada pihak reseller maupun konsumen. Kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas produk yang dimiliki, membuat CV HNM mengalami peningkatan permintaan barang dagang di setiap tahunnya. Meskipun memiliki reputasi usaha yang baik, CV HNM tengah menghadapi tantangan dalam melakukan pengelolaan persediaan, di mana pemilik usaha belum menerapkan sistem pencatatan stok barang yang terstruktur, baik melalui metode manual maupun digital. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menyarankan kepada CV HNM untuk melakukan perhitungan kuantitas persediaan secara otomatis dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Microsoft Excel Macro VBA yang dirancang menggunakan model Waterfall. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyarankan kepada CV HNM untuk merancang Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pengelolaan persediaan yang terdiri dari prosedur pemesanan bahan baku, penerimaan bahan baku, pengeluaran bahan baku, penerimaan barang jadi, dan pengeluaran barang jadi.
CV HNM is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) that produces and markets its products to both resellers and consumers. Customer satisfaction with the quality of its products has led to an increase in demand for CV HNM’s merchandise every year. Despite having a good business reputation, CV HNM is currently facing challenges in inventory management, as the business owner has not implemented a structured stock recording system, either manually or digitally. Based on this issue, this study recommends that CV HNM automate inventory quantity calculations by utilizing a Microsoft Excel Macro VBA application designed using the Waterfall model. Additionally, this study also recommends designing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory management, which include procedures for ordering raw materials, receiving raw materials, dispensing raw materials, receiving finished goods, and dispensing finished goods.
