dc.description.abstractTransformasi digital dalam sektor perbankan telah membawa perubahan yang dari model bisnis konvensional menjadi modern, salah satunya dalam pengajuan pinjaman kredit. Saat ini Bank DKI masih mengandalkan pengelolaan data nasabah pengajuan kredit secara manual yang menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti kesalahan input, data hilang dan rusak, serta membutuhkan waktu lama dalam proses pengelolaan data nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang modul pengelolaan data nasabah untuk Relation Manager pada website Digital lending dan melakukan pengujian fungsionalitas modul menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Metode agile diterapkan karena memungkinkan fleksibel dengan perubahan selama perancangan modul pengelolaan data nasabah. Hasil penelitian ini mencakup perancangan modul pengelolaan data nasabah untuk Relation Manager dengan diagram use case, ERD, dan activity diagram, lalu diimplementasikan menggunakan framework Laravel, serta pengujian blackbox testing untuk memastikan fungsionalitas modul sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.
dc.description.abstractDigital transformation in the banking sector has brought significant changes from conventional to modern business models, one of which is in credit loan applications. Currently, Bank DKI still relies on manual management of customer data for credit applications which faces various obstacles such as input errors, lost and damaged data, and takes a long time in the customer data management process. This study aims to design a customer data management module for Relation Manager on the Digital lending website and to tes the module's functionality using the blackbox testing method. The agile method is applied because it allows flexibility with changes during the design of the customer data management module. The results of this study include the design of a customer data management module for Relation Manager with use case diagrams, ERDs, and activity diagrams, then implemented using the Laravel framework, as well as blackbox testing to ensure the module's functionality is in accordance with user needs.
