Abstract: Adanya wabah COVID-19 telah mengubah pola konsumsi masyarakat yang lebih sadar akan pentingnya kesehatan dan keamanan pangan. Hal ini mendorong mereka memilih pangan organik, dengan adanya perubahan tersebut perlu diperhatikan oleh pelaku usaha pangan organik dengan memahami keputusan pembelian konsumen. Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis pengaruh health consciousness, food safety, price consciousness, dan healthy lifestyle terhadap proses keputusan pembelian pangan organik di Jabodetabek. Data yang digunakan diperoleh melalui survei di Jabodetabek dengan jumlah 220 responden, dan dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Health consciousness, food safety, healthy lifestyle, memiliki hubungan positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pangan organik. Namun, variabel price consciousness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian produk pangan organik. Implikasi manajerial penelitian ini memasarkan pangan organik kepada konsumen muda yang sadar kesehatan dengan pendekatan digital berbasis gaya hidup sehat.
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed consumer behavior, making people more conscious of the importance of health and food safety. This has encouraged them to prefer organic food, prompting organic food businesses to better understand consumer purchasing decisions. The main purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of health consciousness, food safety, price consciousness, and healthy lifestyle on organic food purchase decisions in Jabodetabek. Data was collected through surveys from 220 respondents in Jabodetabek and analyzed using SEM- PLS with Smart PLS 4 software. The results indicated that health consciousness, food safety, and healthy lifestyle positively and significantly influence organic food purchase decisions. However, price consciousness did not have a significant impact on the purchase of organic food products. The managerial implication of this research is to market organic foods to health-conscious young consumers through digital strategies emphasizing a healthy lifestyle
