| Abstract: | NURUL FITRI. Analisis Usaha Pasteurisasi Susu Sapi di Serambi Milk Padang
Panjang. Dibimbing oleh PRIA SEMBADA.
Pengolahan susu segar menjadi susu pasteurisasi merupakan salah satu upaya
untuk memperpanjang masa simpan susu tanpa banyak merubah sifat fisiknya dari
susu tersebut. Analisis Usaha ini bertujuan menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha
pasteurisasi susu sapi di Serambi Milk Padang Panjang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan
selama kurang lebih 5 bulan dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder
dengan mengikuti kegiatan langsung, wawancara dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Proses
pasteurisasi yang digunakan dalam proses produksi adalah menggunakan metode
Long temperature Long Time (LTLT). Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa biaya
produksi yang dikeluarkan selama kurang lebih 5 bulan yaitu sebesar Rp
68.288.581 dengan pendapatan penjualan sebesar Rp 92.700.000 dengan
keuntungan bersih sebesar Rp 24.411.419. Nilai R/C Ratio usaha ini >1 yaitu 1.36
yang dapat diartikan bahwa usaha ini layak untuk dijalankan, namun meski ada
beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi seperti pemasokan susu dari peternak lain yang
masih kurang memenuhi. Strategi pengembangan usaha yang disarankan untuk
usaha yang dijalankan oleh Serambi Milk yaitu dengan menguatkan pemasaran
digital seperti instagram.

The processing of fresh milk into pasteurized milk is an effort to extend the shelf life of milk without significantly altering its physical properties. This business analysis aims to assess the financial feasibility of the cow’s milk pasteurization business at Serambi Milk Padang Panjang. The project was carried out over approximately five months by collecting primary and secondary data through direct participation, interviews, and documentation. The pasteurization method used in the production process is the Long Temperature Long Time (LTLT) method. The calculation results show that the production cost incurred over approximately five months was Rp68,288,581, with sales revenue of Rp92,700,000, resulting in a net profit of Rp24,411,419. The R/C Ratio value is >1, namely 1.36, indicating that the business is feasible to run, although there are some challenges such as the insufficient supply of fresh milk from other farmers. A recommended business development strategy for Serambi Milk is to strengthen digital marketing, especially through instagram.
