dc.description.abstractKabupaten Samosir yang didominasi oleh suku Batak Toba memiliki kekayaan budaya yang beragam dan alat musik tradisional merupakan salah satu produk budayanya. Kesenian alat musik tradisional mempunyai potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi atraksi dan daya tarik ekowisata. Dalam pengembangan penting melihat aspek penawaran dan permintaan, penawaran berasal dari daya tarik alat musik tradisional dan permintaan berdasarkan dari preferensi pengunjung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji potensi kesenian alat musik tradisional, persepsi dan kesiapan pengelola serta tingkat pengetahuan dan preferensi pengunjung terhadap ekowisata berbasis kesenian alat musik tradisional di Kabupaten Samosir. Metode yang digunakan dengan cara wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis disajikan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif, meliputi sumber daya kesenian alat musik tradisional serta capaian responden terkait persepsi dan kesiapan pengelola, juga tingkat pengetahuan dan preferensi pengunjung. Output atau luaran penelitian menghasilkan media promosi digital berupa infografis dan video promosi yang bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan memperluas pengetahuan pengunjung serta masyarakat Kabupaten Samosir, sehingga mendorong peningkatan kunjungan wisata.-
dc.description.abstractSamosir Regency, predominantly inhabited by the Batak Toba ethnic group, is rich in cultural heritage, with traditional musical instruments being one of its cultural products. Traditional musical arts hold significant potential to be developed as ecotourism attractions. In this development, it is essential to consider both the supply and demand aspects where supply stems from the uniqueness of traditional musical instruments and demand is based on visitor preferences. This study aims to examine the perceptions and readiness of ecotourism managers, as well as the level of knowledge and preferences of visitors regarding ecotourism based on traditional musical arts in Samosir Regency. The research methods include interviews and questionnaire distribution. The data were analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively, covering traditional musical art resources, respondents’ perceptions and readiness, and the level of visitor knowledge and preferences. This study produced digital outputs in the form of infographics and a promotional video aimed at introducing and expanding public knowledge and awareness, thereby encouraging increased tourism visits to Samosir Regency.-
