Abstract: Populasi sapi perah di Indonesia terus menurun, sementara kebutuhan susu nasional terus meningkat. Kegiatan proyek akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha susu sapi perah di Sumberjaya Berkah Farm. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama empat bulan (Oktober 2024 - Januari 2025) dengan metode observasi langsung, wawancara, dan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Sumberjaya Berkah Farm memelihara sapi perah jenis Frisien Holstein dengan rata-rata produksi susu sebesar 10,73 liter/ekor/hari. Usaha ini memiliki sistem pemeliharaan intensif, manajemen pakan yang terjadwal, pengendalian kesehatan ternak, serta sistem pemerahan manual. Hasil analisis keuangan menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini menguntungkan dengan nilai Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) sebesar 1,3 dan Break Event Point (BEP). Strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan melibatkan kerjasama dengan restoran keju di Jakarta, segmentasi pasar lokal, dan bauran marketing. Usaha susu sapi perah di Sumberjaya Berkah Farm layak untuk dikembangkan. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan teknologi pemerahan, memperbaiki manajemen kesehatan ternak, dan menjaga kualitas serta kuantitas pakan.
The population of dairy cows in Indonesia continues to decline, while national milk demand continues to increase. This final project aims to analyze the feasibility of the dairy cattle milk business at Sumberjaya Berkah Farm. The project was conducted over four months (October 2024 - January 2025) using direct observation, interviews, and the collection of primary and secondary data. Sumberjaya Berkah Farm raises Frisien Holstein dairy cows with an average milk production of 10.73 liters/cow/day. The farm operates with an intensive maintenance system, scheduled feeding management, animal health control, and manual milking. Financial analysis shows that this business is profitable with a Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) of 1.3 and has surpassed the Break-Even Point (BEP). The marketing strategy involves partnerships with cheese restaurants in Jakarta, local market segmentation, and bauran marketing. This study concludes that the dairy cattle milk business at Sumberjaya Berkah Farm is feasible for further development. It is recommended to improve milking technology, enhance animal health management, and maintain the quality and quantity of feed.
