Abstract: Telur ayam dipandang sebagai bahan makanan bergizi dan serbaguna, sehingga permintaannya terus meningkat seiring pertumbuhan penduduk dan kesadaran akan pola makan sehat. Analisis usaha ini bertujuan mengkaji potensi bisnis penjualan telur ayam ras serta memenuhi kebutuhan pasar secara efisien. Juragan Telur Pamulang, yang berdiri pada November 2024 di Pamulang Barat, menawarkan layanan pengiriman gratis untuk pembelian kiloan dan grosir guna memudahkan akses bagi berbagai kalangan. Hasil pengelolaan usaha penjualan telur ayam selama empat periode berhasil menjual sebanyak 1.425kg atau sebanyak 95 peti telur ayam. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode analisis data, mencakup observasi suplai dari peternakan lokal, analisis keuangan, strategi pemasaran dengan menggunakan strategi mulut ke mulut, dan SWOT. Dengan penjualan yang telah melampaui titik impas dan rasio R/C sebesar 1,09, usaha ini dinilai layak dan menguntungkan untuk dijalankan.
Chicken eggs are regarded as a nutritious and versatile food, leading to increasing demand in line with population growth and greater awareness of healthy eating habits. This business analysis aims to explore the potential of selling commercial chicken eggs and to efficiently meet market needs. Juragan Telur Pamulang, established in November 2024 in Pamulang Barat, offers free delivery services for bulk and wholesale purchases to improve accessibility for a wide range of customers. Over four business periods, the egg sales operation successfully sold 1,425 kg, equivalent to 95 crates of eggs. Data were collected through data analysis methods, including observation of supply from local farms, financial analysis, marketing strategies using word-of-mouth, and a SWOT analysis. With sales surpassing the break-even point and an R/C ratio of 1.09, this business is considered viable and profitable to operate.
