Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) penjualan properti di Propnex Kemang guna meningkatkan efektivitas proses penjualan. Seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap hunian dan properti komersial. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Studi ini berfokus pada perancangan SOP yang mampu menjadi panduan sistematis dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas penjualan properti, mulai dari penjaringan klien hingga serah terima unit. Hasil penelitian memberikan sejumlah rekomendasi bagi Propnex Kemang yang mengalami permasalahan seperti menyusun SOP penjualan secara terstruktur dari awal hingga akhir proses transaksi seperti menyusun panduan pelayanan konsumen yang konsisten dan juga mengembangkan sistem koordinasi antar agen dan staff administrasi serta merancang modul pelatihan terstandar bagi agen baru untuk mempercepat proses adaptasi dan meningkatkan produktivitas tim. Perancangan SOP ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi praktis dan strategis dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja, kepuasan klien, dan daya saing perusahaan di pasar properti.
Sales at Propnex Kemang in order to improve the effectiveness of the sales process, in line with the increasing public demand for residential and commercial properties. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The study focuses on designing an SOP that can serve as a systematic guide in conducting property sales activities, from client acquisition to the handover of units. The research results provide several recommendations for Propnex Kemang, which faces issues such as the need to develop a structured sales SOP covering the entire transaction process, creating consistent customer service guidelines, enhancing coordination between agents and administrative staff, and designing standardized training modules for new agents to accelerate their adaptation process and improve team productivity. The SOP design is expected to serve as a practical and strategic solution to enhance work efficiency, client satisfaction, and the company’s competitiveness in the property market.
