dc.description.abstractPT Mount Vera Sejati merupakan perusahaan budidaya dan pengolahan lidah buaya. Produksi olahan lidah buaya perusahaan ini menghasilkan limbah lidah buaya setiap bulan. Oleh karena itu, perlu penanganan dengan mengolahnya menjadi eco enzyme EcoVera. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi nilai tambah, mengetahui nilai tambah pengolahan, serta menganalisis kelayakan bisnis pengolahan eco enzyme EcoVera. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode Hayami, analisis kelayakan bisnis secara finansial dan non finansial, serta analisis sensitivitas. Perhitungan nilai tambah dengan menggunakan metode Hayami diperoleh nilai tambah sebesar Rp127.153 dengan rasio nilai tambah 95% artinya pengolahan eco enzyme EcoVera ini termasuk kategori nilai tambah tinggi karena rasio nilai tambah melebihi 40%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kriteria investasi, bisnis pengolahan eco enzyme EcoVera ini layak dijalankan karena semua hasil perhitungan melebihi standar kelayakan kriteria investasi yaitu NPV Rp156.826.680 (NPV > 0), IRR 57% (IRR > i) dengan i sebesar 12%, Net B/C 2,98 (Net B/C > 1), Gross B/C 1.42 (Gross B/C >1), dan PP 1,45 (PP < umur bisnis) dengan umur bisnis yaitu 8 tahun.-
dc.description.abstractPT Mount Vera Sejati is a company engaged in the cultivation and processing of aloe vera. The company's aloe vera processing activities generate aloe vera waste every month. Therefore, proper management is required by processing the waste into EcoVera eco enzyme. This study aims to identify the factors influencing added value, determine the added value generated from the processing, and analyze the business feasibility of the EcoVera eco enzyme production. The analytical methods employed include the Hayami method, financial and non financial business feasibility analysis, and sensitivity analysis. The added value calculation using the Hayami method yielded an added value of Rp127,153 with an added value ratio of 95%, indicating a high added value category, as the ratio exceeds 40%. Based on the investment criteria analysis, the EcoVera eco enzyme business is considered feasible, as all indicators surpass the investment feasibility standards: NPV of Rp156,826,680 (NPV > 0), IRR of 57% (IRR > discount rate of 12%), Net B/C of 2.98 (Net B/C > 1), Gross B/C of 1.42 (Gross B/C > 1), and a Payback Period (PP) of 1.45 years, which is shorter than the business lifespan of 8 years.-
