Abstract: Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) menjadi strategi perusahaan guna mendorong pembangunan berkelanjutan.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs serve as a corporate strategy to promote sustainable development. Evaluating the effectiveness of CSR programs is essential to assess their impact on long-term goals. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Desa Sejahtera Astra (DSA) program by PT Astra International Tbk on the economic independence of supported village communities. The research, conducted in May 2025, employed Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM–PLS) analysis technique using a quantitative approach, involving 50 respondents consisting of DSA facilitators and local champions. The results indicate that the DSA program has a moderate effect on economic independence, with skills training (X1) being the only variable that significantly and positively affects economic independence. Meanwhile, marketing facilitation (X2) and infrastructure support (X3) do not have significant effects. These findings provide new input for PT Astra International Tbk to optimize the effectiveness of its CSR program by focusing on skills training as the key factor.
