| Abstract: | PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan pengolahan susu yang menghadapi risiko
akibat kesalahan penanganan produk, yang disebut bad handling. Risiko tersebut
perlu dianalisis untuk mengetahui tindakan pencegahan yang tepat untuk
memitigasi risiko dan mencegah kerugian yang lebih besar. Tujuan dari kajian ini
adalah untuk mengetahui skala dampak dari sebuah kejadian risiko (risk event) dan
tingkat kemunculan agen penyebab risiko (risk agent), dan tindakan pencegahan
yang dapat diterapkan oleh PT XYZ. Metode kajian yang digunakan yaitu House
of Risk (HOR) untuk mengidentifikasi risiko dan merumuskan tindakan pencegahan.
Berdasarkan House of Risk (HOR) tahap 1, diketahui terdapat 17 kejadian risiko
yang disebabkan oleh 23 agen penyebab risiko. Setelah hasil analisis, terdapat 9
agen penyebab risiko yang menjadi prioritas. Berdasarkan House of Risk (HOR)
tahap 2, untuk mengatasi 9 agen penyebab risiko tersebut dirumuskan 16 tindakan
pencegahan. Terdapat 6 tindakan pencegahan yang efektif untuk diterapkan oleh
PT XYZ. Dengan menerapkan 6 tindakan pencegahan ini, PT XYZ dapat
mengefisiensikan biaya penanganan produk pengembalian sebesar
Rp209.710.276,00. PT XYZ is a dairy processing company that faces risks due to product mishandling, called bad handling. These risks need to be analyzed to determine preventive measures to mitigate the risks and avoid financial losses. The purpose of this study is to assess the scale of impact of each risk event and the frequency of occurrence of the associated risk agents, as well as to identify preventive actions that can be implemented by PT XYZ. The research method used is the House of Risk (HOR), which helps in identifying risks and formulating preventive measures. In House of Risk (HOR) Stage 1, it was identified that there are 17 risk events caused by 23 risk agents. After analyzing the data, 9 risk agents were prioritized. In House of Risk (HOR) Stage 2, to address these 9 prioritized risk agents, 16 preventive actions were proposed. Further analysis revealed that 6 of these preventive actions are most effective and feasible to be implemented by PT XYZ. By applying these 6 preventive measures, PT XYZ can reduce the costs associated with handling returned products by approximately Rp209.710.276,00. |
