Abstract: Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian nasional, namun sering kali menghadapi berbagai risiko yang dapat menghambat keberlangsungan usahanya.
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the national economy, but often face various risks that can hinder the sustainability of their business. This study aims to analyze risk management at DM Production, a sound system and lighting rental business located in Bekasi Regency. The approach used is Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) based on ISO 31000:2018 with risk classification according to Anderson and Schroeder which includes strategic, operational, financial, and disaster risks. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, interviews, and observations of DM Production's operational activities. The results of the study identified seventeen main risks, with fifteen risks in the medium risk category and three risks in the high risk category. Risks with a high level of risk are related to the financial aspect, in terms of the high probability of occurrence and the impact on business operations. As a mitigation step against risks that are at a high level, the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures is carried out to help control these risks.
