| dc.description.abstract | PT Bina Usaha Flora merupakan perusahaan florikultura yang membudidayakan tanaman hias semusim dan tahunan. Tanaman hias semusim yang mengalami penolakan (reject) belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Pengembangan produk Keychain resin dilakukan untuk menambah pendapatan perusahaan melalui pemanfaatan tanaman hias semusim yang reject. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen dan kelayakan usaha Keychain resin berbahan tanaman . Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis konjoin dan analisis kelayakan finansial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsumen paling menyukai Keychain berbentuk hati, dengan variasi tali, seharga Rp10.000-Rp25.000, dan dikemas dalam plastik ziplock hologram. Usaha ini layak dijalankan dengan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 2,75 pada tahun pertama dan meningkat menjadi 2,78 pada tahun kedua hingga tahun kelima. Usaha Keychain resin tanaman hias semusim mencapai titik impas pada nilai penjualan sebesar Rp45.475.000 pada tahun pertama dan Rp53.800.000 pada tahun berikutnya. Perusahaan dapat mengembangkan produk sesuai preferensi konsumen, memanfaatkan tanaman reject, dan memperluas pasar untuk meningkatkan pendapatan secara berkelanjutan. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | PT Bina Usaha Flora is a floriculture company that cultivates both annual and perennial ornamental plants. However, rejected (non-marketable) annual ornamental plants have not been utilized optimally. The development of resin keychain products aims to increase the company's income by utilizing these rejected plants. This study aims to identify consumer preferences and assess the business feasibility of resin keychains made from ornamental plants. The methods used include conjoint analysis and financial feasibility analysis. The research findings indicate that consumers prefer heart shaped keychains, equipped with strap variations, priced between IDR10.000-IDR25.000, and packaged in holographic ziplock plastic. This business is considered feasible, with an R/C ratio of 2,75 in the first year, increasing to 2,78 from the second to the fifth year. The break even point is projected to be achieved at a sales value of IDR45.475.000 in the first year and IDR53.800.000 in the following year.
