Abstract: PT Bukit Asam Prima merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan batubara dan selama ini hanya menerapkan pengukuran kinerja berdasarkan aspek keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh hasil pengukuran kinerja PT Bukit Asam Prima secara komprehensif dan menyeluruh dengan menerapkan metode Balanced Scorecard. Metode ini digunakan untuk menilai kinerja melalui empat perspektif utama, yaitu: keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan tergolong sangat baik, dengan nilai Net Profit Margin dan ROE yang meningkat secara signifikan. Pada perspektif pelanggan, akuisisi pelanggan mencapai 83% dan retensi pelanggan sebesar 17%, yang mencerminkan kinerja baik hingga sangat baik. Perspektif proses bisnis internal menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam pencapaian target penjualan, namun efisiensi operasional masih perlu ditingkatkan. Sementara itu, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan karyawan dan kemampuan sistem informasi yang tinggi. Secara keseluruhan, pengukuran kinerja PT Bukit Asam Prima menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard menghasilkan skor akhir sebesar 82% dan dikategorikan dalam tingkat “Sangat Sehat” (AA).
PT Bukit Asam Prima is a company engaged in coal trading and has so far only applied performance measurement based on financial aspects. This study aims to obtain comprehensive and thorough performance measurement results of PT Bukit Asam Prima by applying the Balanced Scorecard method. This method is used to assess company performance through four main perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. The analysis results show that the company's financial performance is categorized as very good, with a significant increase in both NPM and ROE. In the customer perspective, customer acquisition reached 83% and customer retention was 17%, indicating good to very good performance. The internal business process perspective shows successful achievement of sales targets, although operational efficiency still needs improvement. Meanwhile, the learning and growth perspective reflects high levels of employee satisfaction and strong information system capabilities. Overall, the performance measurement of PT Bukit Asam Prima using the Balanced Scorecard method resulted in a final score of 82%, categorized as “Very Healthy” (AA).
