The development of the labour force in Indonesia, followed by an increase in the Labour Force Participation Rate (TPAK), reflects the important role of labour in development. However, the dominance of the informal sector leads to low productivity and regional inequality. This study analyses the effect of social security on labour productivity for the period 2016-2024 using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results show that active participants of National Health Insurance (JKN) and Old Age Insurance (JHT) as well as JKN claims and labour insurance have a positive effect on productivity, while Pension Insurance (JP), Work Accident Insurance (JKK), and Death Insurance (JKm) are not significant. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) has a positive effect and Covid-19 has a negative effect. Policy recommendations include expanding JKN and JHT membership, improving the quality of social security services, and strengthening data integration and supervision between regions to reduce productivity disparities.-
