Abstract: Analisis usaha yogurt bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi potensi pasar, kelayakan finansial, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan bisnis yogurt di pasar lokal maupun global. Yogurt sebagai produk olahan susu memiliki permintaan yang terus berkembang seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya gaya hidup sehat dan konsumsi produk probiotik. Dalam Analisis ini mengkaji berbagai aspek yang terkait dengan usaha yogurt, termasuk analisis pasar, segmentasi konsumen, serta strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Selain itu, analisis biaya produksi, keuntungan dan pengelola keuangan. Metode analisis data yang dipakai yaitu Kualitatif dan Deskriptif. Produksi yogurt selama 4 bulan sebanyak 600 Botol. Pemasaran yang dilakukan yaitu secara offline maupun online. Total Biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk memproduksi yogurt selama 4 bulan sebesar Rp 5.076.832. Penerimaan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 5.830.000. Keuntungan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 753.168 dan Revenue Cost Ratio yaitu 1,14 layak dilanjutkan. Berdasarkan Analisis usaha ini menggunakan Analisis SWOT.
The purpose of this yogurt business analysis is to evaluate the market potential, financial feasibility, and the factors influencing the success of the yogurt business in both local and global markets. Yogurt, as a dairy product, has seen an increasing demand due to growing public awareness of the importance of healthy lifestyles and the consumption of probiotic products. This analysis examines various aspects related to the yogurt business, including market analysis, consumer segmentation, and appropriate marketing strategies. Additionally, it includes an analysis of production costs, profits, and financial management. The data analysis methods used are both Qualitative and Descriptive. The total yogurt production over 4 months is 600 bottles. Marketing is carried out both offline and online. The total cost incurred to produce the yogurt over the 4-month period IDR 5.076.832. The revenue generated is IDR 5.830.000, resulting in a profit of IDR 753.168. The Revenue Cost Ratio is 1.14, indicating that the business is viable. Based on this business analysis using SWOT analysis.
