The state, business, and society are three fundamental pillars in national life that are interconnected and mutually influential. However, studies on the relationship among these institutions from an economic theory perspective remain limited. This research aims to identify keyword trends and explore the economic theories used to understand the dynamics of state-business-society relations. The method applied is an Integrative Literature Review (ILR) using journal articles sourced from the Scopus database, published between 2014 and 2024. The findings reveal four dominant theories frequently discussed in the literature: Institutional Theory, Stakeholder Theory, Circular Economy Theory, and Digital Economy Theory. This study makes a theoretical contribution by building a more systematic and applicable foundation for understanding the state-business-society relationship (SBSR), and and serves as a guide for creating balanced economic, social, and political interest. |
